Refund Policy

Garlik does not handle or manage payments, refunds, or cancellations directly. All payments are completed directly between the customer and the restaurant.
For any refund requests, order issues, or cancellations:

  • Customers must contact the restaurant directly through WhatsApp or provided contact details.

  • Each restaurant may have its own refund or cancellation policy that will apply.

Garlik is not responsible for disputes related to order quality, payments, delays, or cancellations.
